Balsamic onion jam is precisely the kind of flavor-packed secret weapon that we keep in the pantry and take on vacation with us. It’s sweet, tangy, savory, and incredibly versatile, transforming everyday fare into something special. We were in Sand Bridge for a week this June and pulled it out for burgers and apps.
